  1. Establish the Standard Operating Procedure

  2. Run raw data through our pre-cleanse software to review and standardize manufacturer name and part number

  3. Assign Noun-Modifier pairings using the agreed upon convention

  4. Standardize and validate existing part descriptions

  5. Populate and enhance attributes

  6. Assign classification codes

  7. Identify duplicate and review items

  8. Complete a quality control review

  9. Send the review list for customer review

  10. Format data to your system

  11. Return final, cleansed data
